It's a...

We had our big gender ultrasound this morning and we couldn't be more excited! Lila Jo went with us because we really wanted to experience this as a family. She cried a little when we went back because she thought she was at the doctor's office (bad experience last week). She calmed down a little until I climbed on the table...she thought they were hurting me with the ultrasound wand and she didn't enjoy that. Once the baby came on the screen...she sat quietly on her daddy's lap and watched everything with us.

It's a..
 BOY!!!
I saw this idea on Pinterest but the windy conditions didn't really work out for us. The balloons went up so fast we didn't get many pictures. But the excitement was still there:)
Sweet baby girl doesn't know what to do with all this "big sister/little brother" talk. She keeps walking around with the ultrasound pictures saying "sister brother, sister brother."
And here is the proof that we're having a little man...

Our sweet baby boy. After this picture he rolled over and put his hands on his face and fell asleep.
He's gonna have to get used to pictures:)
We are beyond excited and to be honest, a little nervous. It's like starting all over again!

He is measuring a little bigger than what he should be at this point but the nurse said that was fine. Right now he's at 9 ounces and measuring a little over 19 weeks (I'm only 18). But we need him to come a little early so his daddy can be there (he's due on the first day of the fair...not stressful at all:)

Welcome to the family little guy. We love you and Lila Jo can't wait to show you this great big world.
