17 Months

Lila Jo, 

You are 17 months old today which doesn't surprise me because time, now that you're here, goes by way too quickly. You are currently obsessed with crackers. Obsessed. And you also love animals and being outside. You can say just about anything and you have recently learned to recognize several letters and numbers (A, C, O, T, Y, 2). You love to read books and play with sidewalk chalk. You are super independent which makes your hugs and kisses that much sweeter when you decide to give them. Your personality comes through more and more every day and you're definitely gonna be a funny one. You already make faces and do things to try and get everyone around you to laugh. And even though you get serious when you meet a stranger, I know better. :)You aren't afraid of anything which scares your momma. When you are awake you are wide open and love to jump around and dance and talk. You make everyone around you fall in love with you over and over again. And you still stop people in their tracks with your  beautiful red hair. You grow more and more every day and it's truly remarkable to watch. You are a little girl now. A bright, charming, beautiful little girl. 

There is no "i love you" that is big enough. You are my favorite part of life.
